It features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) of 220 mV and a three-pin configuration of the base, collector, and emitter. It also features a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and a PNP complementary type of BC858BDW. This transistor is typically used as switch and amplifier applications. Its low noise figure makes it suitable for switching and amplification at frequencies up to 1 GHz.
