board MBX-GPIO01 is a card-edge mezzanine board designed to be used with the DreamPlug, Plug Computer, and SheevaPlug from GlobalScale. It offers up to 48 digital I/O lines, with 16 of those lines being individually configurable as inputs, outputs, or interrupts. The MBX-GPIO01 is equipped with an on-board Kea-Lite microcontroller (which can be programmed to interface with the I/O lines through the I2C bus) and EEPROM, for storage of program and configuration data.
