Additional Infomation About Product

The GH381 with Motor Drivers TO-94 RoHS is a linear motor driver manufactured by GoChip Elec Tech. It is constructed with a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) in a TO-94 RoHS package, which is a two-lead transistor and diode package that is designed to reduce micro-electromagnetic radiation emissions. This driver provides for a continuous output current of up to 3.2A and a peak output current up to 8A for higher power applications. It also features a built-in over-current, over-temperature and undervoltage lockout protection to ensure protection for both the motor and the driver. This product is RoHS certified, meaning that it meets or exceeds the requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS).
