:The Good-Ark FR156 is a fast recovery diode with a maximum rated voltage of 600V and a maximum current of 1.5A. It has an ultra-fast recovery time of 500 nanoseconds and comes in a DO-15 package, which is RoHS compliant. This diode is ideal for applications that require high current capability in a small package, as well as in applications with a need for high speed or quick switching. The FR156 provides long lifetime reliability and excellent performance for use in power supplies, optimizers, and converters in many electrical and electronic systems.
