GXTS03 High-Accuracy Digital Temperature Sensor IC GXCAS Technology DESCRIPTION The GXTS03 is GXCASs new high accuracy digital PIN CONFIGURATIONS temperature sensor. Its functionality includes enhanced signal processing, two distinctive and u s e r selectable I2C addresses and SDA 1 GND communication speeds of up to 1 MHz. The DFN 8 2 GXCAS package has a footprint of 3 x 3 mm while keeping ADDR 2 7 P a height of 0.75 mm. This allows for integration of TS03 the GXTS03 into a great variety of applications.
