The CD4094BM/TR is an octal buffer/line driver manufactured by HGSEMI and contained in a small-outline 16-pin plastic package. It is part of the 4000 Series and complies with RoHS environmental measures. The octal buffer and line driver has the ability to latch multiple lines of CMOS data, while providing reasonably low output Fan-Out and input loading. The circuit features the capability of conforming to data bus and address bus standards, as well as multiplexers and other buffer applications.
