Additional Infomation About Product

The HG1302M/TR SOP-8 Real-Time Clocks (RTC) RoHS is a low-power RTC manufactured by HGSEMI. It has an ultra-low current consumption of only 2uA, accurate clock/calendar function; 64 bytes of general-purpose NVRAM storage; independent oscillator with a frequency accuracy of ±2ppm; and two programmable alarms. The RTC has 14-bit wide internal registers, which include clock/calendar registers, data registers, and data masks. It is RoHS compliant, and comes in a compact 8-pin SOP package with a maximum operating temperature of +85°C.
