Additional Infomation About Product

The KA7500N is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designed and manufactured by HGSEMI. It is packaged in a DIP-16 (Dual In-line Package), and is compliant with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive. The primary function of the KA7500N is to provide power distribution switching capabilities. It features two power-independent push-pull switching circuits; each with a control input and a feedback input. The KA7500N is designed for automatic power-on/reset applications and is typically used in low frequency applications. Other features include short-circuit and overload protection, frequency detection, automatic resetting, and a temperature insulated monitor.
