The LM1117MP-ADJ/TR is an adjustable, 3-terminal low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator IC with a SOT-223 RoHS package produced by HGSEMI. It provides 800mV to 5.0V output voltage with a maximum dropout of 1.2V at 1A of output current. It operates at an input voltage range of 2.2V to 10V and offers good groundsense line regulation (0.1%/V) for improved accuracy. It also offers low quiescent current (typically 10 mA) and high ripple rejection (up to 95dB). The device is capable of delivering up to 1A of output current with a typical output noise of 0.3mVrms.
