The LM317LM/TR with Linear Voltage Regulators SOP-8 RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for use as a positive adjustable voltage regulator. It includes a high current output of up to 3A and a low dropout voltage of only 0.5V. It features an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 37V and a wide input voltage range of up to 40V with a maximum power dissipation of up to 25Watts. The device also includes a current limiting protection which protect the device against short circuit conditions. This device is RoHS compliant and comes in an 8-pin standard small outline plastic package.
