The OPA177M/TR with Precision OpAmps SOP-8 RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI is a monolithic, dual, low-power operational amplifier designed to operate from a single power supply or split supplies. The device features rail-to-rail input and output characteristics and a low quiescent current of 180 microamperes per channel. It offers a low input offset voltage of 5 microvolts and a high common-mode rejection ratio of 80 dB. The OPA177M/TR has a single-ended input voltage range of 0 to 5 V, and a output voltage range from -0.2 to 4.8 V with 0.25% linearity. It is suitable for use in audio, instrumentation, and isolated measurement applications, and comes in an SOP-8 package that is compliant with RoHS standards.
