The OPA2317M/TR is a Precision OpAmps SOP-8 RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a dual-channel, low-noise operational amplifier with adjustable gain of up to 1000. The device features a low-noise voltage noise density of 0.25nV/vHz and a wide bandwidth of 8MHz at a low supply voltage of 2.5V. It also features a low phase margin of 4.5°, which enables better broadband and faster settling times. The device is designed for being used in applications such as high-resolution analog-to-digital conversion, signal buffering and pre-amplification. Additionally, it features a low input bias current of 0.4pA and an offset voltage of 0.05mV, which allow for accuracy in sensitive applications. It is suitable for use in areas such as automotive, consumer electronics, medical and industrial.
