Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2002N is a high voltage and high current Darlington transistor array IC from HGSEMI. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that can sink up to 500mA of current while generating up to 50V. It features an integrated flyback diode and is available in a convenient DIP-14 RoHS package. It is ideal for driving and controlling high power loads such as relays, solenoids and DC motors and it has applications in control and power electronics, as well as industrial robotics. It can also be used as an interface between TTL logic and high voltage and high current environments.
