The B5819W is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by High Diode, in a SOD-123 RoHS package. This diode is designed to provide ultra-low forward voltage drop, high current carrying capacity and reverse avalanche characteristics. It has low power loss and high frequency operation. It is suitable for protection of high-frequency switching circuits, as rectifiers, free-wheel circuits, reverse circuits, polarity protection, or high current applications. It has an avalanche energy rating of 6 mJ and a stand-off voltage of 23 V. It is capable of fast switching speed and is suitable for high frequency circuits, such as radio frequency, communications systems, and other high frequency power supplies.
