MPThe SR840 Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) DO-27 RoHS manufactured by HLMP are two individually miniature, low power, high-speed Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) featuring low turn-on voltage and very low leakage. The diodes have very low on-state resistance, making them ideal for low power applications. The DO-27 package allows for high power density and reduced form factor. The SR840 also has a RoHS compliant lead-free/halogen-free construction for environmental considerations. The diodes can be used for reverse polarity protection, power switching, ORing, and uni-directional current flow in many different electrical systems such as car audio systems, LED lighting, and power supplies. The low on state voltage allows for improved circuit efficiency, more reliable operation, and less power loss. The diodes have a maximum reverse voltage of 8V and a maximum forward current of 0.3A.
