MPThe SR3150 Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) DO-27 RoHS manufactured by HLMP is a small-signal, ultra-low forward voltage, fast switching diode designed for use in high-power, high-frequency, pulse switching applications. It is a surface-mountable, RoHS compliant device that has a very low forward voltage (Vf) of 0.3V. The device has a reverse breakdown voltage (Vr) of 30-50V. The part has low-forward current loss and reverse-leakage current that is superior to many other diode types. The SR3150 utilizes the Schottky diode barrier as opposed to traditional PN junction technology.
