The TJ393GD is a SOP-8 RoHS-compliant Analogue Comparator manufactured by HTC Korea. It is used to compare two input voltages against each other, and to verify if one of them is greater than, equal to, or less than the other one. The input voltage range for its two comparator inputs is 2V to 36V, and the voltage difference between the two inputs is -2V to 18V. It can provide both inverting and non-inverting output which further drive various applications. Furthermore, it provides up to 50V of high breakdown voltage with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Apart from this, it is capable of maintaining a minimum operating current consumption of 2mA.
