Additional Infomation About Product

The HTCSEMI HT11961ARWZ is a Motor Driver IC with a SSOP-16 package. It is designed for applications such as low voltage DC motor drivers, and is ROHS compliant. The device is capable of providing up to 2 A peak current to a low voltage DC motor. It has a built-in charge pump boosting the output voltage up to the required level for driving the motor. It also provides protection against reverse polarity, over-current, and over-temperature. The IC is fully compatible with both 5 V and 3.3 V logic.
