Additional Infomation About Product

The HTCSEMI HT82C251ARZ is a 4-line, low voltage, full-duplex, switched transceiver. It features a power supply voltage range of 2.2V to 3.6V and can operate at a maximum bus speed of 5.5 MHz. The device is constructed in a 8-lead plastic SOP-8 package, and is compliant with the RoHS directive. It includes two separate drivers with active high and active low outputs that can be switched for reversing data flow, as well as a dedicated direction control input. It also features two differential enable inputs to enable and disable the upper or lower drivers. This device is designed for use in multiplexed data transmission, data reception, and control signal interchange in a wide range of digital systems.
