OSThe CM1020-H with SOT-23-6 Battery Management IC is a RoHS-compliant device designed by iCMOS to monitor and control Li-ion or Li-polymer batteries. It features an internal low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO), wide input voltage range, and a built-in safety protection circuit. The CM1020-H has an integrated high-accuracy Coulomb counter, which can monitor current and energy flowing into and out of the battery and help prevent damage caused by overcharging and over-discharging. Its integrated programmable protection thresholds enables user-defined settings for overvoltage, undervoltage, over-discharge, and over-temperature protection.
