dataset The EARM-08 part of the Igus dataset is a large-scale gene expression dataset consisting of 48 samples of human wall-closure fibroblasts. The samples were obtained from blood donors of different ages and sex, and were cultivated over 10 different culture conditions. The gene expression data were obtained using the Affymetrix HG-U133A and B arrays. Each sample contains data from over 14,000 genes, providing an accurate snapshot of the cell's transcriptional activity. The dataset is designed to study the dynamics of gene expression in response to different environmental and pharmacological treatments, as well as its role in aging and age-related diseases. It also allows researchers to monitor cellular changes that take place over time, analyze associations between gene expression patterns and identify targets for therapeutic intervention.
