KBRM-16 is an industrial rod system manufactured by Igus. It is made of hard-coated, cold-drawn round steel with a diameter of 16mm and is designed for use in applications where maintenance-free, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material guidance is required. It is suitable for medium drive forces but with a low overall height. The system is composed of a series of rod support elements, including slide, support, guide and thrust bearings. It offers a full range of motion, including linear and rotary motion, as well as smooth and quiet operation. It is approved for use in a number of industrial settings, including food and medical production.
