The RP300X2.000-DAP is a stainless steel safety valve from IMI Critical Engineering. It is an explosion-proof pressure relief valve designed for applications in hazardous environments. The RP300X2.000-DAP is suitable for use in hazardous locations as defined by the NEC and CEC and classified as Class I, Groups A, B, C and D, Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, and Class III. It is engineered to protect process lines containing combustible gases, vapors, and liquids, and is also suitable for process lines containing air and non-flammable gas or liquids.
The RP300X2.000-DAP is a direct-acting, spring-loaded, balanced-pressure valve with a stainless steel body. It is available in NPT, BSPP, and flanged connections, and has an adjustable pressure range from vacuum to 300 PSI (2.07 bar). Its spring design allows for a smooth, consistent opening and closing action. The valve is designed for continuous duty, and is highly reliable and easy to maintain. It also features a temperature range of -20°F to +400°F (-28°C to +204°C), and has an air-tight seal with a silicone leather seal.
