Additional Infomation About Product

The BCR430U is a low-voltage, single-channel NPN/PNP logic level translator from Infineon Technologies. It is designed for use in applications that require logic level shifting between two logic voltage levels, such as a 3.3V or 5V microcontroller and a higher voltage digital signal line. The BCR430U contains a MOSFET pass transistor and its output is switchable between an NPN or PNP transistor. It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.1 V to 7 V and a current draw of approximately 1 µA. The BCR430U is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
