The BGA 524N6 E6327 is an RF Amplifier SILICON MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) manufactured by Infineon. This component is a multi-stage amplifier designed to operate from DC to 6GHz. It is housed in a 5-Pin BGA (ball grid array) package for easy board level assembly. This component provides an excellent linearity and gain performance with an output power of +27.7dBm at 5GHz. This component also features a high dynamic range, good rejection of unwanted spurious signals and improved isolation between ports for better performance. This component is suitable for a variety of application such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB (Ultra Wide Band) and high gain transmitters. This component helps to achieve high RF gain if used in the proper circuit configuration.
