The Infineon BTS70401EPAXUMA1 is a Power Switch ICs - Power Distribution PROFET (programmable logic array) designed for use in applications such as Automotive, Motor Control and Digital Trading. This IC offers Dual independent N-Channel Power MOSFETs, integrated protection functions, integrated overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, load dump protection and much more. It’s a 9x9x1mm, surface mount package suitable for leadless packages with TSSOP-8 (thick small outline) and exposed pads. This device operates over a wide voltage range of 4 V to 30 V, with a PWM frequency ranging from 10 kHz to 20 kHz and can be used for power distribution and battery backup.
