The FM22LD16-55-BGTR is a FlashPlus nonvolatile memory chip from Infineon Technologies. It is an embedded, high-density, nonvolatile memory device featuring 512 Kbits (64 Kbytes) of flash memory and 64 bits NVPSL(Non-Volatile Protection and Security Logic). This device provides a wide range of standard and enhanced features, including: fast access time, uniform sector erase, unlimited read-write cycle endurance, error checking & correction (ECC) and a 10 year data retention interval. The flash memory cell is organized as 8192 x 8 bits and the NVPSL is organized as 8 words of 32 bits each. The device is designed to operate over a broad temperature range (-40°C to + 85°C) and is housed in a miniature 48-pin Quad Flat Package (QFP).
