The FM28V020-TGTR is a low voltage static RAM (Random Access Memory) device manufactured by Infineon. It has a total memory capacity of 256Kbits (32K x 8) and operates at single +3V power supply. It has a clock speed of 45ns, a data transfer rate of 315MBits/s and access times of 70ns. It is available in a small footprint 20-pin TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package). The FM28V020-TGTR is suitable for fast and reliable data storage applications such as program and instruction code storage and temporary data/address storage or buffer memories in embedded systems, industrial automation and other applications.
