Additional Infomation About Product

.The IRS2181STRPBF is a high- and low-side N-channel MOSFET driver in an SOIC-8 package designed by Infineon. It is ideal for use in automotive and telecommunication applications, and is efficient in managing high- and low-side power switches. This device uses non-pinching current-limited gate drive circuitry to protect against any overloads due to short-circuits or other faults. Its wide input voltage range of 7.5V to 15V and its wide operating temperature range of 40°C to +125°C make it suitable for a variety of applications. Currently, this product is not available for purchase as Infineon is no longer accepting orders for it.
