Additional Infomation About Product

.The IRS2301STRPBF is an integrated gate driver for use in high-voltage DC/DC or AC/DC converters. This product is manufactured by Infineon and is currently not accepting orders. It offers active clamping for both low-side and high-side devices and independent high and low side floating channels. It has an adjustable dead-time control and a low-side 3-state driver with full UVLO. The driver is capable of driving a wide range of power transistors from 60V to 600V rating. It also features protection from VCC to GND short circuit and an optional overtemperature shutdown. The part is supplied in a power DFN8 package.
