Additional Infomation About Product

T590N12TOF is a part of Infineon's OptiMOS™ 5 family of power transistors. It is a 2.6-kV N-channel power MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) which offers low ON-resistance for enhanced efficiency. It targets high-frequency active-clamping applications in SMPS (switched-mode power supplies) where fast switching and low gate charge are demanded. The T590N12TOF has a low level gate threshold voltage of just 4.5V and a low input capacitance and high-switching performance, making it a suitable choice for resonant topologies. Along with its excellent EOS (electrostatic discharge) rating, it is also well-suited for use in point-of-load converters and digital isolated in isolated low-jitter clock driver circuits.
