The T880N12TOF is an integrated gate driver from Infineon Technologies. It is an 800 V, 12 A gate driver designed for use with insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). The device features a simple and robust design, making it ideal for applications such as industrial drives, welding, power conversion and other power systems. It features low propagation delay, fast switching times, overvoltage protection, and an adjustable deadtime, which helps to improve system performance and reduce EMI. The T880N12TOF also provides over temperature and overcurrent protection, allowing it to operate safely in harsh environments.
