TT162N16KOF-A is a discreet IGBT module produced by Infineon. It is a Three-Level Neutral Point Clamped (3LNPC) Module designed specifically for medium and high power automotive applications such as electric and hybrid electric vehicle inverters, motor drives, and traction systems. It has excellent switching performance, high power density and high efficiency. It is rated at 1600V, 162A, and 20mOhm. It features a complementary IGBT pair with three diodes in a single package. The module includes an NTC thermistor for temperature protection.
