The Infineon TT240N36KOF discrete semiconductor module is a 3600V, 700A dual module designed for the electric power sector. It is an IGBT solid state switch module with a high current handling capability and low on-state voltage. It is designed to switch and/or regulate electric power with electrical loads such as motor drives, UPS, railway and renewable energy systems. The package of the device consists of two isolated baseplates with two IGBTs, two high current and low on-state voltage fast diode pairs, and associated gate drivers. It is suitable for applications such as motor control drives, high power converters, active filtering, and industrial heating and induction.
