Discrete Semiconductor Modules
Discrete semiconductor modules are circuit boards that contain individual components such as transistors, diodes, procesors, and optoelectronics that are used to design, control and connect integrated circuits and other digital systems to create complete electrical systems. Most discrete semiconductor modules come packaged in standard modules with footprints and pins allowing the design and integration of multiple modules into a single circuit board. This reduces the cost of production as well as the complexity of the design process.
