The XMC1100Q024F0016ABXUMA1 is a microcontroller from Infineon's XMC1100 family. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M0 processor, which operates at a frequency of 32 MHz and has 32kB of Flash memory and 8kB of RAM. It includes four timer/CCU channels, an I2C and USIC interface, a SPI interface and a serial wire debug interface with full ITM support. It also has three channels of 12-bit Analog-to-Digital converter, seven channels of general purpose input/output, one channel of 8-bit synchronous Serial Data Input, one channel of 16-bit Pulse Width Modulation output and one channel of 8-bit Pulse Width Modulation output. In addition, it supports an integrated voltage regulator and power-on reset. The part is housed in a QFN-16 package.
