The XMC4800F144F2048AAXQMA1 is a microcontroller product developed by Infineon Technologies and is part of their XMC4800 family of MCUs. It is based on an ARM Cortex-M4 core operating at a maximum frequency of 150 MHz with an integrated floating-point unit (FPU).
