Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP321-4XGB with Optocouplers DIP-16 RoHS is a RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant opto-isolator manufactured by Isocom. It is used to provide voltage and current isolation buffer zones between different circuits. It is a 4-channel opto-coupler, which consists of four gallium arsenide infrared LED inputs, four photo detector outputs, and an integrated isolation barrier. It has a dual-in-line package (DIP) with a pitch of 2.54mm and is housed in a 16 pin plastic package. The TTL compatible opto-isolator is very reliable and offers fast switching times, isolation voltage up to 5kV and a wide range of operating temperature between -40°C to +105°C. The maximum collect current of the opto-isolator is 100mA and the maximum current transfer ratio is 200%.
