The IXYS CMA30E1600PN is an isolated gate driver module. It is a compact, surface-mountable unit that is designed to drive and clamp IGBTs and MOSFETs with 3A peak source/sink and up to 1.6kV isolation. It also features fast switching with a propagation delay of only 0.5us, a wide operating temperature of -40 to 125°C, and a high noise immunity of 30kV/µs. It is suitable for use in motor control applications, including AC inverters, automotive control, solar inverters, and industrial drives.
