CPC1972 AC Power Switch INTEGRATED CIRCUITS DIVISION Parameter Ratings Units Description Blocking Voltage 800 V The CPC1972 is an AC Solid State Switch using P Load Current 250 mA optical coupling with dual power silicon controlled rms rectifier (SCR) outputs to produce an alternative to On State Voltage Drop 3 V (at I = 250 mA ) rms L rms optocoupler and Triac circuits.
