Additional Infomation About Product

CS20-16io1 is an integrated circuit (IC) from IXYS Corporation that is used in motor controls and other applications. It is a 3-phase, 16-channel sine-wave PWM bridge driver. It functions as an interface between a high power motor controller and the motor it is driving. It is capable of supplying up to 15A of current, which can translate to an output of up to 750W of power. The CS20-16io1 integrates two levels of independent protection including overcurrent, undervoltage and overtemperature protection. The IC also includes an on-board thermal shut down for excessive temperature conditions.
