It features two 2200V, 30A diodes, and an operating temperature range of -55 to 175 degrees Celsius. It is designed for use in high temperature and high voltage applications such as electric power tools, motor drives, welding, lighting, inverters, and AC adapters. Additionally, it is equipped with a built-in thermistor for temperature detection and automatic current limit protection.
