Integrated Circuits DSEI12-12A is an optically isolated, high efficiency, high voltage, full-bridge IGBT driver. It is a part of the IXYS Integrated Circuits (IIC) differential signal-based family. The input control signals are provided via two differential inputs and the output drivers are able to source/sink peak drive currents of up to 1.5 A. It has on-chip temperature protection and is suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial, automotive, and power electronics.
