1000V 30A Diode The MUR1560 is an ultrafast diode manufactured by Sirectifier. It is a high-voltage, fast-recovery rectifier diode from their 1000V 30A series. It is a glass-passivated, rectifier diode ideal for applications requiring very high reverse breakdown voltages and very low reverse leakage current. The maximum forward current for the MUR1560 is 30 amps, with a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.2 volts at 20 amps. It offers a reverse voltage of 1000 volts with a reverse recovery time of 30 nanoseconds.
