The IXYS DSSK48-003BS is a high voltage thyristor module. It is a 600V, 3A half-bridge power switch designed to provide high current switching capabilities with low forward voltage drop. The thyristor module features a low total gate charge, a negative temperature coefficient for voltage, and a high-speed reverse recovery characteristic. It also has built-in EMI filters and is RoHS compliant. The device is suitable for applications such as solar inverters, UPS systems, motor drives, welding equipment, high voltage DC-DC converters and more.
