Additional Infomation About Product

LOC111 is a 1-channel 8-DIP optoisolator photovoltaic, linearized output from IXYS which offers 3750Vrms isolation rating. It is a very compact option which can be used to provide voltage and current isolation between circuits in a variety of industrial applications. It is designed to provide electrical isolation between a photo-sensitive input and an output circuit, while ensuring the safety of personnel. The maximum AC/DC input/output differential voltage is also an impressive 3750Vrms and ensures highly reliable performance in applications which demand a high degree of isolation. Low turn-on current of 400µA and low forward voltage of 1.5V gives the LOC111 optoisolator a higher level of isolation. It is also available with an inductive output to save space and components, making it a great choice for circuit protection.
