The MCMA50P1200TA is an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) manufactured by IXYS Corporation. It is a high-efficiency, 50A, 1200V, three-phase antiparallel H-bridge power module. The module integrates high-current IGBTs and fast, low-resistance diodes with an advanced gate driver into a compact package. The module enables fast and precise inverter, or motor drive applications. It has a wide range of speed control and current protection features, including over current, under current and over temperature protection.
