ElectronicsThe HR8833 Motor Drivers HTSSOP-16 RoHS is an electronic part manufactured by Jiaxing Glead Electronics. It is an integrated circuit (IC) that can drive two bidirectional DC brush motors. It features an adjustable overcurrent protection, a kill mode, a speed control, and a low-powered sleep mode. The HR8833 provides a high-level output and is designed for use in automotive and industrial applications. The RoHS compliant device is also available in a smaller form factor of HTSSOP-8. This enables reduced board space and simplifies system assembly. The device operates up to 40V and is equipped with protection against overvoltage, short-circuit, and open-circuit conditions. Furthermore, the device features an open collector brake output which can operate lowside P-channel MOS benchmark with low on resistance. This allows for higher current handling and higher braking torque.
