It incorporates a two-stage configuration consisting of two GDTs and two network TVS diodes in a monolithic ceramic substrate. With a fast response time of <2ns, this device offers superior protection for sensitive downstream electronic components against transient voltage spikes. It is suitable for use in a variety of direct current and alternating current applications, including residential electronic equipment, telecommunication systems, and power termination systems.
