The TL431 from JSMSEMI is an adjustable voltage reference SOT-23 packaged voltage reference designed for use in regulated power supplies and other applications requiring accurate current or voltage regulation. It operates with an input supply range of 2.5V to 36V and can handle an operating temperature range of -25? to +85? (Topr). Its voltage adjustment range is 37V with a current of 1mA and it has a typical parallel connection resistance of 0.15O and a temperature coefficient of 50ppm/?. This TL431 voltage reference is also RoHS compliant.
